Astronaut Design CC (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Padel Club Pro mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
Information We Collect
- Account information — your email address when you register
- Usage data — tournaments created, player counts, match scores and results
- Purchase information — subscription status processed via Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details
- Device information — device type and operating system for technical support purposes
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Padel Club Pro service
- To manage your subscription and verify your access level
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the app based on usage patterns
Third Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Padel Club Pro:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management
- Apple App Store — payment processing
- Sentry — crash reporting and error monitoring
- Expo / EAS — app distribution
Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their data handling.
Data Storage
Your data is stored on Supabase servers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
