Common Questions
How do I create a tournament?
Tap “Create Tournament” on the home screen and select your preferred format. You can choose from Americano, Americano +1, Mexicano, Round Robin and Knockout.
How do I display scores on a TV screen?
From inside an active tournament, tap the cast icon and scan the QR code shown on the display screen at padelclubpro.co.za/connect/
How do I share the leaderboard?
Open the leaderboard for your tournament and tap the share icon in the top right corner.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Padel Club Pro → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase on a new device?
Open the app, go to the paywall screen and tap “Restore previous purchase”.
How do I customise the app with my club’s branding?
Go to Settings and scroll to Club Settings. You can upload your club logo, a hero image and customise your brand colours.
