These Terms of Use govern your use of the Padel Club Pro mobile application operated by Astronaut Design CC, a company registered in South Africa.
By using Padel Club Pro you agree to these terms.
The Service
Padel Club Pro is a tournament management application for padel clubs and organisers. It allows you to create and manage tournaments, track scores and share results with players.
Free Tier
New accounts may create up to 5 tournaments at no charge. This limit is counted on a lifetime basis and is not reset if tournaments are deleted.
Subscription
Padel Club Pro Unlimited is a monthly subscription available via the Apple App Store.
- Price: R499.99 per month (subject to change)
- Billed monthly through your Apple ID
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- Free trials, if offered, will be specified at the time of the offer
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer the application, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content, design and code within Padel Club Pro is the property of Astronaut Design CC. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
